6th and 7th character slots

Is the only way to increase your character slot limit to purchase the specific tokens? In the past, I remember they would package these tokens with the purchase of other items like upgrades. Any of that going on now?

The 9th anniversary box (last anniversary box to hit store shelves, and for that matter the last box period to hit store shelves) came with a code for a 6th char slot, and the 7th char slot can only be purchased thru UOgamecodes. ML and SA expansions didn't come with extra char slots.

I only able to create 5 chars. If i buy the 7th slot token i'll get two slots ?

Yes - a 5 character account will become a 7-character one with the 7th slot code.

Of course, that's 7 characters per shard (except for SP & Mugen, which remain 1 per shard).

I've been looking into buying the 9th versions after I saw it in the store the other day just for the extra goodies versus simply buying the extra slots off uogamecodes. Surprisingly it was still on the shelf, although looking a little rough With all the new skills I want to try I think it could otherwise get expensive with soulstones....

Not sure if you can still use the code to claim the bonus prizes (tokens). You would get the ablity to use the shadow and crystal housing tiles as well as the 6th char slot, but I thought some of then had time limits as to how long you could wait and still be able to claim the tokens.
