Well I highly doubt its duped. Items like that just depend on what the buyer is willing to pay for it. I know in the past I have sold 60,000 diamond pieces for anywhere from 1 to 5mill each if I can find someone who wants them. Even though it cannot be crafted anymore they are still on the pretty common list like the practice weapons. But maybe you'll find someone who would be willing to give you a couple mill for it if your lucky.
