I bought a bloody pentagram 5th year deed last night for 7m on Napa. There was also one for sale for 8m on a different shard. To me 7m seemed fair. Considering the 1st year Commodity Deed boxes sell for between 4 and 8m
Rubble tent pieces i'd guess at least 10m but not sure.

I agree about 7-8 mill for the bloody pentagram.
and I've seen those tent pieces for 8-12 mill on Catskills.
