50% Enhance potions, how it works exactly ?

Let's take, for example, Greater Agility and Greater Strength.

They add 20 points of dexterity or strength for 2 minutes.

Now, if using a 50% Enhance potions before drinking it, how exactly does it effect the bonus ?
Does it give more than 20 points ? how much more ? Does it increase the 2 minutes effect ? For how much longer ? Does it effect both ?

This is assuming that the character has 0.00 Alchemy.
