5 Stamina increase typically means the buyer would be using the item in a 210 Stamina suit & if they are going to spend the money to build such a suit they generally just go for 10% ssi instead... And they definitely don't want a Wasted mod on such a piece ... -100 luck So I'd personally toss that or actually I do toss that regularly.
