Honestly though, if you intend to use it as a shop it's a poor location, luna is NOT the center of trade here, therefore the houses are valued far less here. (some of those open plots were actually recently placed, and dropped later in favor of small houses near brit and minoc once the owners acclimated to siege :) )

Luna was popular for a while, mostly for the PvP crowd, but as houses fell, better spots then luna walls opened up.
