44 million? are these that rare?

I saw someone at the bank on atlantic trying to sell Assassin Armor Sleeves for 44 million.Are they really worth that or are they completely ********?

Assassin armor sleeves are one of the two common pieces of this set. The other common piece is the tunic, both of which sell for around 100-500k depending on the shard.

The two rare pieces are the gloves and leggings both of which generally sell for between 15-30m a piece.
