It is 40% splintering, can be insured, can POF, can be repaired.

No,its real value. Focus attack won't change display value on a weapon.

Focus attack does change the display value on a weapon.... But I've heard of 40% being the cap just very very rare... People will see it once its in a trade window though if its not 40%.



I'd say you could fetch any where from 150-200M.

Yeah, it's my bad. Focus attack does change the display value.... Just test it myself to verify this. I did not own the fork, just saw a guy showing off his fork around the bank......
