It is very hard to run a dexer without resist. Once a mage notices they will vamp/drain you and you will have no mana for chiv spells or special moves. However, you can easily fit 120 resist into your template:
Here are your minimums:
Drop tactics to 90 = 30 points
Drop anatomy to 90 = 30 points
Drop healing to 90 = 20 points
Drop chiv to 65 = 55 points
Drop parry to 70 = 40 points
That frees up 175 points. 120 points in resist leaves you 55 points. Now you can use those last 55 points wherever you feel you need them the most.
With that said....
Usually only parry mages run shields because you generally want a free hand in pvp to chug. You might consider building your suit w/out the Hephetus shield and instead parry with a one handed weapon and bushido. With Bushido/Pots/Chiv you don't need the actual healing skill but you will want to pick up bushido. Bushido will give you evade and confidence heals.
I ran a similar template but with Fencing instead of Macing. If you have some nice mana regen and a bit of meditation, you can gain mana back fast enough to be able to heal a few seconds after a complete drain. But a trapped box is an absolute must as are other consumables (apples/pots)
