Pure dexxer item, might work with a weapon skill mystic using enchant.
Otherwise, no SCing, no MW, no DI, no Hit Spell.

Specialty/Niche item to the right dexxer requiring hci/dci on wep.
I would guess like 50m - 100m best case scenario.
The Splinter is nice, but not hundreds of mils nice.
But then again, its worth what someone will pay.

This is probably most ideal for a Ninja Dexxer, you disarm, lethal poison, then focus attack to hope that splinter lands when you switch to your other damage dealing weapon.

I'd auction it. Reserve at like 50m - 100m.

Cool item, neat to see a different type of splinter build weapon these days.
