[Discussion] 3 Questions about A Star Alignment Tool

1. What do the charges do? (Maybe Manti could add info to list for future owners too)

2. Does it recharge?

3. Can someone use the item when it is locked down?

Haven't owned this one before so not familiar with the details. Want to make sure it is safe to lock down before I do.

I'm not sure what the answer to any of these questions are, but an Easy way to find out is to copy the item over to TC and test it there. That way no harm is done on the real shard and you still get the benefit of knowing what the thing does, what the charges are for, and if it can be used locked down.

Dunno what charges are for or if it recharges, never tried it. As for being locked down, no it can't be used, I did test that.
