[Price Check] 3 mod scrapper +9 magery +6 Intel & 13% Lrc

Looking for a price check on a +9 Magery, +6 Intel &13% Lrc scrappers.
I know some 3 mod scrappers can sell for a decent amount.
Is this one good enough to bring over to atl and auction?
All info is greatly appreciated =)

Personally I dont think so. Even a standard (edit: slayer) spellbook with 15 SDI will be better than a spellbook (scrapper or not) with no slayer whatsoever. Of course, I cant speak for the whole market
