Can someone point me the way to increase the cap of 14 fps on the 2d client? There was a small program to do it last time.

Yes... Load KR and the BBE interface, set the frame rate option to 60. Makes 2D look like you've had too much caffeine! 
Are you referring to increasing the process priority for the UO client?

Heh I can't gallop properly in kr without stuttering often. Hopefully sa will address this.
I can't remember the method of tweaking the fps. Does it entail process priorities that would enable smoothness when moving around?

I am with you. I had high hopes for KR when it was announced but, to me personally, it was a horrible client. I also hope, as you do, that SA will be much better.
