Ok just checked. You CANNOT use powder of fort on this ring by normal means. You CAN however Imbue the ring. It does have a 500 prop weight max. It is at 259/500 currently.

They can be imbued more I had a simlar one that I added a skill to, its just that you can not use POF on them to increase there durability :(
