Welcome community members of Atlantic and of Ultima Online! Toad Town is proud to present the projected 2022 Roadmap of current projects that are underway for this year! We hope to foster community engagement by fasciliting in game player events, work with others outside of the community, and by expanding the Toad Town Township! Listed below are the details of each seasonal project! Enjoy!
New Horizons
This spring we are looking to complete the current tier of recognized township houses. With the auction house in full operation, our goal is to bring the other houses within the township up and running to provide an equal, interactive element that can be offered with the Toad Town Auction House. Our brief summary is listed below:
- Casino: A place where players can test their odds by playing classical casino games where they go toe to toe with the dealer. With possibilities of wealth and catastrophe one dice roll away, who will step up to the table and test their fate! The casino will come to Toad Town for the classical gambling opportunity many have enjoyed over the years.
- Free Transfer Services: Located in the lobby will be transfer shields to various destinations across the realms of Sosaria! These services are for the community and can be booked at no charge!

- Historical Archives: With a history spanning 11+ years, Toad Town has accumulated a number of relics throughout its years in operations. Ranging from Rare's Festivals to player-run events, the Archives will hold the history of the town for all to walk through time and experience the fun and joys that are our past, present, and future.
- Teleporter Hub: Connecting Toad Town to the many central hubs of Atlantic, the teleporter hub will offer assistance for players when needing to get around.
- New Player Emporium 1.0: The emporium will be a central hotspot for helping new players. With dye tubs, crafting units, and new player guides, this prototype of the actual facility is accessible to all players.
- City Hall: The in-game day-to-day operational building for all of Toad Town. This building will stand as a relic of the many alliances the township has formed and will form by being a visual representation of the common goals we all share! While any future meetings and event planning will more than likely take place within the ease of Discord or other social apps, this building will be a physical embodiment of such interactions.
- Memorial Park: A simple, yet environmental estate focused on bringing out the beauty of simplicity. The Memorial Park is one of two possible parks in the creation. These parks are here to let individuals hang out, converse, and be a part of a growing community.
Updating Interfaces
Through many requests and personal aspirations, Toad Town will rise to meet the occasion! This summer we will launch our tech initiative to bring Toad Town to the digital age by launching our first website and discord servers. This initiative will make our community larger by bringing the in-game experience to other platforms!
- Toad Town Website: We are going digital! This website will replicate many functions that the township offers by providing readied information about the many buildings within the township, operation schedules of our events, future events, our history, and any news or updates that we are planning for! We will even have a jobs market!
- Discord Server: Want to be part of our growing community? Our Discord server will be a centralized hub for community engagement.
- Township Expansion: This project is still in the works and completion is still being negotiated. This summer is our ambition to extend our township and add additional facilities along the way! Our plan includes:
- Toad Town Training Academy: A comprehensive and knowledgeable academy dedicated to our community members to help train skills of all sorts.
- Toad Town News Sentinal: Our way of sharing in-game news that is directly reflected onto the website. We would like to maintain a steady stream of information to the community, both online and in-game.

The Witch & The Toad
Our seasonal Halloween Campaign launch will be here to enjoy for all community members. These seasonal events will be available for the month of October.
- The Witch & The Toad: A new event centered around a witch and her toad! *coming soon*
- Trick or Treating: This year our community members can come to each township house and trick or treat. Similar to in-game trick or treating, players can receive candy, a trick, or a rare reward! More information coming soon!
- Community Alliance: It has been our goal for some time now to create a unit within the Atlantic Community, to work with already established community leaders, and to bridge gaps between us to make the community of Atlantic stronger. Atlantic has had a fruitful history of community engagement with our esteemed roleplaying community, established townships, remarkable rune libraries, famed player coordinated events, and our leadership guilds that help our returning new players. Toad Town would like to do our part by creating a Community Alliance initiative here in Toad Town.

Our seasonal Christmas and Holiday event that brings merry, joy, and a lot of eggnog! This seasonal event will be available for the month of December.

- Toad Town New Player Emporium 2.0: This will be our final phase of the New Player Emporium that will offer the complete new player training guide for playing Ultima Online in 2022-2023. Phasing out our New Player Emporium1.0, this will offer many new elements such as the crafting tables, many workshop addons, and abundant resources for the community to use at their leisure. Paired with the training academy, it is our goal to offer Toad Town as a starting point for all returning and new players.
- Community Vendor & Market Place: Replacing the New Player Emporium 1.0, the Community Vendor & Market Place will allow free vendor rentals to the community of Atlantic.
- Toad Town New Player Emporium 2.0: This will be our final phase of the New Player Emporium that will offer the complete new player training guide for playing Ultima Online in 2022-2023. Phasing out our New Player Emporium1.0, this will offer many new elements such as the crafting tables, many workshop addons, and abundant resources for the community to use at their leisure. Paired with the training academy, it is our goal to offer Toad Town as a starting point for all returning and new players.
