i think if we had a 2010 Ultima Online Music Awards Show i would give all the awards to Logrus for all the attention and changes he has given to the barding skills over the last year.

course best song would allways go to Stones.
that just a given.

but all the other awards would go to the dev with a soft spot for Bards.

First off, I'd like to thank the academy .. Uh wait wrong speech.


Actually I'd say most of the thanks go to Cal and Mesanna, they wanted to do something for bards since they'd been neglected for quite a while. I just got the chance to implement something that compared with every other aspect of the game is completely unique.
(Doesn't hurt that my bard is alot more popular when I'm playing with friends).



Thanks to bards for the patience and feedback to help shape improvements to make UO better.

2 changes that stuck in my old provo peace tamers mind, there was a change to peace that gave it a chance to break. Long ago it would just last untill the skill ended. Meant you could kill more or less anything in perfect safety with high enough skill. There was some sort of change to provoke as well at some point, meant if you provoked 2 dread spiders onto each other you could stand there all day and they wouldn't kill each other.

Actually, the provo nerf may have been a monster change, they started healing themselves maybe?
