I have been trying since SA came out to try and get the Royal Investigator's Cloak. Does anyone have a clue what peerless...or which of the 2 new spawns drops this item? Would be greatly appreciated.

Im not 100% sure but I think it was an atl event item, so that might help in your search. Always try the rares forums, for more info on it
