Its not worth much at all without a hit spell (harm, fireball, lightning, hit lower def) (magic arrow is almost useless)

If it had 40-50 harm/fb 25m +/-
60-70harm/fb 75 +/-

40-50 lightning 150 +/-
60-70 lightning 250 +/-

Or say 40-50hld 30 +/-
60-70hld 75 +/-
