2 house = 1 house??

I have a 1 small house, a neighbor to sell me a house near 2, now I have a new house, and an old falls:)
Question - how do I do with 2 houses, 1 big one? :)

Only 2 account?


"I wish to resize my house" - the first knocked down, the second failed, says wait 1 hour for the demolition of the second: (

Possible solutions:
1. Demolish 2 houses and place 1 big.
