Its a leather dye tub which has been sold to an NPC and bought back - dyes cloth instead of leather. Pretty useful if you like to colour match your outfits, seen them go for 200k-1mil

so it dyes cloth in the leather dye tub colors, but no longer dyes leather? that's pretty cool.
