Don't these decay real fast? How exactly does antique work? I've been returning to UO for years now and the lack of antique knowledge is slowing me down.

They cannot be powdered up but can be repaired and even if used daily for pvp, will literally last for years.

Antique means you gonna lost dura when you are in combat , but still good enough for pvp because you wont always take damage like doing spawns or killing boss , if you remember to repair them , should last a long while .

Yep.
Antique is great for pvp but you want to be more careful if you are using it in certain pvm situations
