With 9 mods and 5 high resists, I think not.
i dont look at it as 9 mods. i look at it as a little over 500 imbue weight of useable mods. so technically, yes you can imbue better for just the mods. what the buyer is paying for is just the resists.
Luck, LMC, LRC and Resists are all good, the rest is oh well.

Those things you listed as "good" can be crafted. As a matter of fact the crafted one would be just as good, if not better.
LMAO Please craft an armor piece with all those mods and with all those high resists, you can not do it so give it up and go home.
