Selling this 18x18 below in trammel on Ice Island with 20 yards infront of the house where NOBODY can place, and 4-5 yards behind until you hit the mountain.. It is near the shrine on ice island.. I know I didn't provide the coordinates and i'm really sorry, the house is very easy to locate though as you can see it's not far from the shrine.
