[Price Check] 18x18 in Trammel.

I am looking to buy an 18x18 in Trammel but I was wondering how much they go for... I wanna spend no more than 30mil to be honest.

25 mil or so seems to have been the average lately for a "no frills" 18x18 plot. If you want shoreline, secluded, or any other special placements, the cost goes up.

I'd like it to be somewhat secluded so maybe I should loosen my wallet a bit haha.
