18x17 Right outside of Umbra

I'm selling my 18x17 right outside of Umbra. Non-congested area. Can't build to the West (housing cannot be created message) and there's no one in front (mountains near). There's a huge mine/passage right out front and I 120'ed a few smiths using all those ingots.

House is empty except for tons of potion kegs of various types.
