Selling an 18 x 18 plot on the road just as you leave southern Vesper (north of the beach), it's a couple of steps to the guard zone if you want a lookie, it's called Witch's Brew. I paid 50m for it a coupla months back (probably paid over the odds due to there being no decay on at the time). Don't want to lose too much of my initial outlay due to the fact I just bought a Sparkle for 60m and I'm close to broke
