-18,000+ Karma but no Dread title

Hello all, I've just returned after a few years of playing and noticed I can no longer pick the "Dread" title. The lowest I can pick is "Nefarious". I have still -18,000+ Karma, as I did a few years ago, and I was able to pick the title then.

Anyone know what's up with this?

Nevermind I figured it out. My fame dropped below 5,000. I forgot about that part Thanks anyway!
