16 SSI Bow?!?

I found this bow at an IDOC this eve; and was wondering if it's glitched, exploited, or above all else rare and worth money =]

if had to guess maybe it has something to do with special title??? It says rangers. Might have weird mod on bow and then with wood type makes it 16?? Ill look up in sec and post, but that my guess.

I made out out of ash and it only gave me 6%

That's the answer then: Someone used a low-level fletching runic to roll one with a 10% SSI mod which stacked with the 6% base SSI. Bugged yes, but should be reproduceable easily.

Ok well if someone could try to reproduce it; that'd be awesome. Not saying mines anymore special but if hes only getting 6%; why not 16? =] Jus let me know!!

prolly made very early when ML came out before everything was working the way it should, back before wood types were stated on items (the item seems to be pigmented white so it does have an enhanced wood type...i suppose it could have been bleached which would remove the wood type from showing then pigmented white, but i doubt it) im guessing its ash which gave it 10 ssi and the rangers bow is supposed to have 5% ssi but probably just ended up getting 6% instead becuz of some messup with that item being crafted so early in ML... couldnt tell u how desirable such an item is but i doubt it can be made like that anymore
