I'm selling the following house south of the Umbra Hub. It's only 15 large because of the "no house area" to the left. Using a goza (as shown), you can walk straight to the hub (goza can be on any floor).

I know, it's not a castle, but I see potential here. It's max storage for a custom house. Walking distance from Doom, Umbra, and with the hub next door, I think it would make a good vendor spot for faction/red. At least, it wouldn't be complicated to explain to someone where the vendors are. All my char have magery, otherwise I would keep it.
