Unfortunately, I misread the original message and thought we had until October 1st to collect the gifts, I logged in today and didn't receive any, so I went and looked it was actually today, and I didn't collect any of them yet >.<

Part of the reason I didn't collect them sooner was because the characters were made the 28-30th of August. Should be able trade for X-mas however.
