How do I collect the 13th year vet reward? My account is 157 months old but there are no options for the new 13th year vet rewards. Where am I going wrong?

13th Year Vet Rewards

Unless you are on Origin, you cannot get the 13th year rewards until the publish goes live on your shard. Keep an eye on the forums here for news on when it will go live.
