Pre-Imbue, when no archer had perfect bows and was able to kill you with a lucky RNG, I would have actually bought this and put it to good use. Nowadays, death will sooner or later hit you and thus the item would defo be gone

So Id say no cursed item has any value.
Tho this is only the PvP aspect and I cant really talk about the PvE side of this item
