February 12th is when the State of the Game was released last year I think.

Not really sure how you relate a fansite chat with official videos?

On that note though, its a big congratulations to Stratics and its IRC crew that they've kept this tradition alive for so long, despite the shifts in technology over the years.

I've always had mixed feelings about the House of Commons, but overall they were a positive.

And I should really hope that if they ever are going to release the video, they wouldn't wait for this anniversary to do so. It is an important and worthwhile anniversary but at this point nothing should delay the video that doesn't have to.

If they still plan on releasing it it should be....Well, now.

I don't believe that an "interactive text based chat" ... is sufficiently "modern"
in this day of Youtube and Facebook ...
to serve as a "proper medium" for an exchange of thoughts and ideas ...

or they blew the IRC budget getting an intern up to speed on editing a scripted Youtube video ...

Would be interesting if its still there. But I doubt it...much was lost during the two big server deaths of Stratics...though thankfully UOS escaped both relatively unharmed.

omfg, the killing irony of the very first UOHOC question:

DenDragon - What's your first topic DIS?
DISintegr - Got one on lag for overseas players
DISintegr - When oh when will thre be an Australian
DISintegr - or at least Australasian server? Lots
DISintegr - of Asian players are aboard. (esp Japan)
DesignerD - I think I get to answer that one.
DesignerD - We've been amazingly well-received in Japan, but at this time, we don't have any concrete plans for servers in other countries. If the success of UO abroad continues, we will of course be seriously investigating the possibility.
