Greetings. I've got a smaller house on my account that was my starter home and I'm looking to free it up and offer it someone else.
It's located a short run north from the Trinisic moongate in Felucca. Plenty of trees around for lumberjacking, and a very short run to the Hidden Valley which is a fantastic quiet spot for mining. There's not a single house anywhere near it and not a single spawn to be seen. Great starter home or great second home for a mule character.
I understand it's not a prime location, so I'm hoping to get maybe 1.5 mil but I'm willing to accept any offer given to me.
