Question in regards to the deeds for the 12th anniversary. I am not able to find any information out on stratics, uo guide, or mythic website.

Mailbox - what does it do?
Sapling replica - does it resurrect you? what is its purpose?
The uo wall banner - ?
and the last rewards i cant remember what it was but does it have any functions?

Mailbox: Lock it down and set the access levels as you like. It acts like a container that holds the normal 125 items/400 stones. If you set the security setting correctly - anyone can drop an item there for you - but only you (or those you allow via the settings) can remove the item. It will even put a tag on the item to tell you who left the item for you.
