12th anniversary gifts question

I returned to UO last December and currently have a 40-month account. Someone recently recently gave me a 12th anniversary ticket (silver sapling, mailbox, codex, etc.). Will I be able to redeem and place one of these items in my house, or will my account age prevent it?

You will be able to redeem and place these items. The only restriction on these tickets was that a character had to be 30 days old in order to receive them.
