i just setup a vendor in luna atlantic and loaded it with a bunch of +20 powerscrolls with the lowest market price on atlantic (at refill time).
its located in Norringtons house and it will be refilled around 5-6pm US east time nearly each day!
it will have a scroll from each skill (except magery and fishing, dont have those...)
