It was boosted with the High Seas Pack, and it gives you a better chance to catch the rare fish.

Rico I feel for you guys that came back........ I leave for 4-5 months each year and when I come back have to spend 1-2 months catching up on everything that changed while I was away. Fortunatley the ZOOGIES have always remained the same.
