[Blacksmithing] 120 Blacksmith can only smelt iron

I am at 120 Blacksmith and just recently the smelting of any ore higher than iron I can not do. I have stoned my skill off and retrieved a day later this had no effect. I can still use all of the metal types to buildwith

Smelting items has ALWAYS been based off your mining skill.

your ingot return is 0.66% times your mining skill, rounded down (+1 if using a salvage bag), and you have to be able to mine the metal to recycle / salvage items.
