I'm trying to sell my starter home since I no longer have a use for it.
It's fully designed, 11x15 in size, isn't being overlapped by another house, and is directly off the road. Only spawn here is a bat from time to time. Nice open front area too with no houses in front of it. It's just close enough to Umbra where it's an easy run to the moongate or the bank for alts.
I'm hoping to get maybe 3 mil for it, but I'm willing to accept any reasonable offer.
