I can't recall who said it but, and I'm paraphrasing here, the person noted something to the effect that anniversaries lasts up to a year which I took to mean that there's several months left for anniversary items/gift giving. In other words, to me, sometime soon can mean several months down the line.
Personally, I don't care when we get such items, when I get them, I look at it as a bonus. I don't recall being promised I'd be getting stuff all the time and on schedule to boot! I pay to play a game I love, not to get stuff.
Further, I don't expect anything anymore. Things are easier that way. If you expect people to live up to your standards (not speaking to anyone in particular), you're bound to be disappointed all the damn time.
Anywho, just my two cents. Change or refunds can be donated, in Casca the Upstart's name, to your favorite charity. Thanks kindly... ;-p
