Being a poor scrub in UO I'm a big fan of 115 scrolls.

Can't afford 120 simple, 115 are the way to go.

Why does nobody sell these - i won't buy 120s instead because...i ain't got the bread!

it's because not many people want to buy them. So it's not profitable to have them on vendors. But just list the scrolls you need and I (and probably others) will check what I have.
