11 veteran rewards

I've seen the 11 veteran's rewards.
The more kindky item that i look at is the stable point.
It's rechargesble, but how can who can i recharge it?

The hitching post is a 11th anny item not a vet reward. It has not been released in the states yet, so i am not sure of the location/ items needed to recharge it.

I lnow that it's only in the japanese shards, but there's noone japanese people that know hoiw to recharge it?
Or japanese shards have their own forum and don't read stratics??
And NO DEV'S knows this?????

Although the Dev's don't know this... you can recharge a hitching post by using a hitching rope crafted by tinkers. They require a rope and a resolves bridle to be made.

Not really... A tinker could find some jewelry adding up to more than +15 Animal Lore without much difficulty.

Ok, i went to a japanese shard and i've seen that to create the hitching rope ( to rechardge the hitching post) it needs a rope and a Resolve's Bridle.
I hope that the rope it's not the rope who spoawn sometime
And what is a Resolve's Bridle?

Resolves bridle is a quest item you get by killing Red Death inside the Bedlam dungeon.

Ok, i think that it will be very difficult to recharge the hitching post

red death does 75% fire damage, dragons and even kitsunes can tank it with no problem. i know because i've accidentally pulled him while farming bedlam keys a few times :s

Just to clarify, the hitching post is not an 11 year vet reward, but one one the 11th anniversary items. The 11 year vet rewards have not been announced yet (can't wait though!).
