Ha Ha ha ...if it does anything? You go walk over to those people who says it doesnt do anything and you kick them right in the butt! It does everything, couldn't be a good thief with out it.
Its like saying, pvp mage 120 eval is the same as 100 eval?
Unless you mean a faction thief steal sigils, then it does not matter much.

Hm not sure what you mean here? Confused me
120 certainly helps, not doubt in my mind, however how much it does, I don't know as I've never run any testing on it. I got a 120 as soon as I could...and have been there ever since...la
i meant that sometimes at 100 they still flag grey or it gives the you notice so and so stealing blah blah at 120 ive never seen them flag grey or get the notice

It all depends on the wieght of the stolen item and the number of players or npc in the area who have a chance to notice. The closer u are to 120 the less those factors effect you.
