100% stealth success

do i need 75 skill or 80 skill to not fail at stealth? i was searching the forums and i get a mix of posts that either say 75 or 80

75 (full medeable)

80 Is so the special shadow strike can be used.

Because they put padded socks on and are very very sneaky ;p
