100% stealth chance?

I remember reading that at 80, you have a 100% chance to stealth in medable armour - but what do you need to have a 100% chance in non-medable?

Character I am thinking of giving stealth to has studded arms and jackals collar, so not sure if she just needs 100? Does anyone know how it works with non medable?

I would like to know this to I have 2 diff suits i stelth around in on is the virtue set and the otheer is part plate and at 100 stealth i have seen no fails unless i was near a critter that unveiled me but not sure if this is a added bonus with the virtue set or what anyone know the break down of ftelthing in the different armor types?

I've changed my characters suit, and she only has jackal's now that is non med-able - does the amount of non medable pieces make a difference too?
