100 ninjitsu skill for animal form?

I have one character in particular, that every time I try to cast animal form, it tells me I need to have at least 100 ninjitsu skill. It's an ability that actually requires zero. I don't have this issue on any other character. The GMs have given me canned responses three times in a row. Anyone have any ideas on how to fix this?

I was able to fix it on my own, no thanks to the GMs.


If you ever run into this issue, get your ninjitsu to at least 100 (jewels or not) and cast animal form. You can then stone your ninja off and be able to cast animal form no problem with less.
