event item wise other than the LT sash can't think of anything else right off hand

Some of the spellbooks that dropped during the War of Shadows have 10 LRC. Also, Clanin's Spellbook has 20 LRC.

If you want items with 100% LRC, try Arcane items.......

Mesanna has a kilt i believe that is 100 lrc maybe someone saw it and thought it was something in game.( which it is not )
