Here are the minutes of the royal audience that occurred the 10th of August.
Governors attending in no particular order:

* Anna Goodward (Vesper)
* Vincent Vega (Yew)
* Hotep Shakkara (Trinsic)
His majesty decreed that taxation on the city treasury will be abolished. Furthermore, a message board and ballot box will be erected in the general area of the city stone in each city so that the governors may more easily communicate with the people.
Also, royal architects and builders may now construct an governor office within each city. Governors will have to pay for the expenses if they want such an office erected:
* 5000 boards
* 250 sand
* 100 granite
* 100 ingots
...to be delivered in a bag and sealed book containing governor name and city at the EM hall mailbox.
Furthermore, all governors may now convey a single request to his majesty per meeting.
Requests made meeting:
Moonglow requested an extra dock to the south of the city so sailors may more easily visit the floating market
Vesper requested an extra pier for ships on the south part of the city, near the Swaggers Inn
Yew requested that all the citizens are listed on the city stones, so titles etc may more easily be granted to citizens
Minoc requested a city stone be placed in Felucca so that all may participate in civic affairs
Trinsic requested a larger harbor so that larger ships can visit the city and no longer run aground
