Yeah, only one...
There was a way to get more, but it was unintended and was fixed.
Frankly, given the difficulty of the quest (And to encourage collection of the venom sacs), thy should have legalized that "exploit", not fixed it.

Bummer, but thanx for the info.
Well I certainly wasnt doing any exploit but i did receive a second spinarette from killing sicarii but it was around my 50th kill, havent gotten a third but then havent done another 50 either so dont know if it was an accident or intentional. Been working her hard for medium webs but was pleased to get a 2nd large web deed.
